Will there be an add on or update for WPM in which there will be a integration with Service Now? I have seen the results of third party add-ons but a Solarwinds toolset item seems like the best solution.

I am experiencing the same issue. I have a number of WPM transactions that fail every other run with a message of Element 'button' was not found. PParsaie, Thank you for your response. Yes there are a few ways to go when setting up LDAP authentication. I believe we will be going with the domain account to access the recorder and console. I was interested in knowing what other WPM customers are using in their respective environments or a best practices recommendation.
