Biggest changes have been moving to Rubrik, from Commvault, for our backups. So much easier and nicer than the clunky Commvault. Also jumped into the Solarwinds programs. We used to have a managed service do all our monitoring, but we brought that all in house now. It's been an learning curve, but the info/data we get is…

We are currently looking at HCI, but nothing has been picked yet. This way we can just add a storage only node down the road if we want instead of doing a full rip/replace.
