That's a good option, just the ticket is massive. In total, it is over 150 tasks so it would be a lot to add. The other problem is the tasks run concurrently and can be completed in any order so I am not sure actually if this method would work for us. But thanks for the feedback.

I agree with the vote to temporarily close it down to fix things, the only thing is we can't even answer one question besides the shortcut. So no one would get the full points you are suggesting. Maybe participation in the chat would allow for awarded points or completion of Mission shortcut?

Yes mine showed completed week 2 when completing week 3 as well. Points are being awarded when the mission is fully complete on their end since they have to process points differently this mission.

They aren't being awarded right away. It said in the little blurb that they will be awarded once the mission has ended.

I think I responded to this before, although the question seems a bit different. I believe that if you change the scope to their group, it limits to what they see. I have done this for task users. I have not tested it with agent users, but I assume it would do the same as it does with task users. You just have to do that…
