You create the custom field in "Custom Fields" under "Service Desk" in Setup. Then, in Custom Forms, you select "Computers" or whatever asset you wanted the custom fields to appear under. Edit the form and add the fields you want to appear in the custom fields section on the asset.

Update: I found out it is only one particular group. So the other groups are still getting notified for a group assignment but it is just one specific group. I don't see anything blocking it in our system. They have the same exact permissions as the other groups. I cannot seem to find any difference that would make the…

That's a good option, just the ticket is massive. In total, it is over 150 tasks so it would be a lot to add. The other problem is the tasks run concurrently and can be completed in any order so I am not sure actually if this method would work for us. But thanks for the feedback.

I agree with the vote to temporarily close it down to fix things, the only thing is we can't even answer one question besides the shortcut. So no one would get the full points you are suggesting. Maybe participation in the chat would allow for awarded points or completion of Mission shortcut?

Yes mine showed completed week 2 when completing week 3 as well. Points are being awarded when the mission is fully complete on their end since they have to process points differently this mission.
