Hello, Thank you for the recommendation. I've tested this but it's not showing the fields when all logic is met, maybe I'm being stupid but all logic looks right and I've tried multiple times now. I do think it would be neater and much easier having a 3rd sub category though, like WHD has.

Thanks Joel, I've played around with this before, ideally these would sit under incident categories though as from an end user point of veiw that becomes quite convoluted. Is there a way to assign them as an incident?
