So that is really disappointing that my only answer for the client is to use rdp or install solarwinds on a citrix server so I can publish the client. hmmmmm disappointing. I would expect this out of open source software.

So how often should I poll? With the possibility of me not knowing if a node or interface is down for minutes I am thinking I should set polling to 30seconds. Is 30 ok? to long? to short? I know it depends on my enviroment but what is everyone else doing. All said and done I will have around 50-75 nodes and about 2000-3000…
