  • Thanks, that's a good approach. I have a similar setup with Log Analyzer to fire alerts based on syslogs, but it's not perfect. What I would like to see from SolarWinds is support for HPE, like the support for Cisco, with visual representations of switch stacking. They appear quite behind on HPE Aruba currently, so glad to…
  • Hi @"B.Rathinavel" - thanks for the promising info. However, do you have an idea of what release might introduce the VSF monitoring? I notice you've highlighted 2025.1 release notes, we're running 2025.2 and don't see this support yet. @"TWKRemeji" I imagine if you try the new release it'll be the same for you currently,…
  • Hi @"stuartd" - I'm sure I tried this a few months ago with no luck! But with fresh eyes I've done it again following your steps and it's worked as expected. Thank you very much for your detailed reply! Worthy of some Beskar I'd say :) Thanks.

But multiple dynamic queries function as your OR statement and multiple statements within a single…
  • Thanks a bunch, that's exactly it! The UI had me thinking that was a filtering option, switched over to Interfaces and hurrah! Thanks @"SteveK" .
  • Maybe just a spell of good luck on our side then... We also have 6300 devices (both M and F models), as well as 8320s which are being monitored just fine. Obviously we just had to check 'Manage with NCM' under Edit Node, set a connection profile with valid CLI creds and specified the 'Aruba' canned template. That's it!…
  • Ah, we managed to get our Aruba CX switches working with NCM. Although, I believe we had to manually specify the 'Aruba' device template, autodetect not working as fluently as we'd like.
  • Agreed. We came very close to leaving SW because of the lack of Aruba support. Do you have any config in place to fetch specific info from Aruba kit? I.e. we're trying to extract VSF info but to no avail.
