Hello, I am having issues with the download URL, can anyone assist ? I tried using forward slashes as well file://C:\Patch Manager Custom Package\1 - McAfee Agent\FramePkg.exe file://C:/Patch Manager Custom Package/1 - McAfee Agent/FramePkg.exe I also remove any random Spaces and special character and sub in with underscore

I also tried removing any special characters completely and same error ... its weird

By any chance you have .netframe work enabled 3.5/4.0 on the window server ? it seems that our legacy report writer, syslog viewer, and trap viewer doesnt work( not new).

I was able to take the exam without issue! I also before the exam, i actually shut off all my google extensions/apps beside the require extension, not sure if that help but i had ad block etc. 

even if the syslog viewer and trapviewer got deprecated, we should still be able launch the application right ? you think not having older version of .net framework(3.5 and 4.0) would cause this issue ?

yea its weird glitch.... I tried taking the exam last saturday for NPM and got the error, PSI didnt tell me whether issue was fix or not but they did supply me exam code to retry the exam, i will take the exam this friday

I am not sure if its true or not, but i was reading on thwack that trapviewer and syslog viewer got deprecated - What will happend with trap/syslog viewer ?

Hello Nan, I finally got reply back from PSI, they didnt know how to fix the issue but they did supply me promo code to do the exam again, i will attempt the exam again this Friday. Thanks for the help.

have you tried creating the report via report writer on the solarwinds server it self not the web console ? Its not a nice interface but it does its job.

We did a migration from 2008 to 2016. Before we did full migration, we were on 2008R2 SP1, using NPM 12.1 on the window server 2008(SNMPv3 and v2 was working fine). bump... i just notice any google searches with solarwinds success center, for example below, doesnt go to link directly, it still goes to success center home page..... this makes everything so difficult to troubleshoot issues.…

i tried above method multiple times, it never worked for me in test environment, i would be careful if you try to do this in production
