Very good point, thanks! CS help is challenging to maintain. It depends on hooks in the code of the software that must be paired with a reference to the contextual topic. This requires close, systematic cooperation between developers and authors. All the effort can be a big payoff for the user.

Right! It's work, not vacation. The most productive employers have a culture quite similar to a conference (as you described it.) The cost to attend enhances the human capital investment the company makes when they hire someone. The ROI can exceed the cost by orders of magnitude.
