For our OUTGOING we use a 3rd party company call SocketLabs. Earlier this year we switched to using ProofPoint for email encryption and while that has gone well, we found that some system don't play nice with ProofPoint - so thus Socketlabs. Thank you so much for the detailed response. I changed the value and restarted the service. I set our values to: MINIMUM_MEMORY=256 MAXIMUM_MEMORY=8960 MAXIMUM_PERM_MEMORY=1024 I assume that is ok. Thank you for the reply. I appreciate your suggestion. While this is a work around, I really don't understand why most ticket systems do not include the option for Projects. It doesn't seem like it would be something that hard to do. Just another option like Incident or Problem.

Here is ours. I didn't go into the drop downs much as it would be systems/applications specific to our company. Needless to say, it can go several layers deep. One of the best things we implement was the Change Management - that has been great for SOX audits.

Noticed the Approval Email were not working either so I restarted the server and that appears to have resolved everything. Hope this is not a 'things to come' type of scenario.

I think I remember something like this happening to us and the fix we put in place was on the AD/LDAP options panel, I choose NO for Sync With Existing WHD Clients Only I could be mistaken though... Hope this helps - Erik
