Since it's only happened twice in the past 6 months, i'm not entirely sure what the root cause is. I agree it should probably auto reconnect. Taking your advice along with the other replies here and setting up something to watch orion from the outside.

Device template...well, we're going to try and include networked cameras, so something that might help with that.

At the moment...it appears to be 'self healing'. I don't like that it was erroring all week and then magically working this week. Usually leads me to suspect that there are other things at play that I haven't been able to uncover. If i do find the culprit, i'll make sure to update this thread.

We're in the same boat. Totally rebuilt the servers from the ground - up. luckily, we were able to use the same hostname and IP of the servers we had.
