  • Hey Greg - I have followed this and reverified the steps. When I go to run swtoolset.exe /regserver I get the attached generic 'unexpected error has occurred' error message. I am running Windows 7 64 Bit and IE 8. As a result I get the prompt to install SWToolset.exe over and over. Any ideas? Thanks

  • Mark, thanks for the reply. Currently we have only 509 nodes and 1782 interfaces. We will be adding 80+ Windows servers, 8 VMWare ESX servers running 45+/- VMs along with 100+/- apps.   • Thanks, but I guess my original question is how do you import the mibs with the extenions of .my into Custom Device Poller? It doesn't seem to understand the file when I point it to a .my MIB file.

  • Thanks for that link. I downloaded the MIB for a Cisco 4404 Wireless LAN Controller. When I extract the files the have an extension of .my How do I get the .my files into the Custom Device Poller or am I going about it the wrong way? Thanks

  • We have played with APC's MIBs but it ends up causing stability issues on our server that monitors the UPS'.
