Wow part 3 already! I watched the movie again this past week. It's a different kind of superhero movie for sure and sad to see Hugh go as the character we know and love! He's a force multiplier we will sorely miss.

In simple terms it seems like all this dev ops stuff is really about doing smaller things quickly.

I would have to say having more information would be good not bad. I get that poor database design is often the issue but there's more than one way to skin a cat.

I love my rasberry pi I got here on thwack!!! Mines now running OSMC and hooked to my TV. I bought a power supply, a really fast Samsung microsd card, and added a great wifi adapter with an antenna on it. I don't get any skips or caching at all... it runs great! I leave it turned on all the time.

Having the correct tools for the job is a big plus for sure!

Having a thorough understanding of multiple technologies and then being able to apply to troubleshooting real difficult problems is one of my best skills and it's also one of the things that makes me enjoy my line of work. Sure it's really tough and rough sometimes. You can't always win... but the wins are really self…

On our airgapped network we don't allow writing to USB devices or burning CD/DVD's. The trick is having ability to permit some one person to if you want to.

I think it's a mess up in the logic on this one...
-
Thanks... not a big deal. We all wanted to help Rachel if we could!

I liked Leons take on directions... I often try to get a gage on whether people I'm interviewing are open to doing things they don't normally do or haven't done before because, from my experience, the job ends up being a lot more than the job posting description.

That falcon float is pretty different for sure.

This has been a LONG time coming. I wasn't very happy for years after you added the new NTM map product but left the old network atlas in place. I'm just hoping the maps will exploit all the data in the database already and NOT 100% depend on things like cdp and ndp. It's great when those protocols are running and they of…
