With everything agile and stuff now... some of this kind of way of working is on it's way out I think. Good management not allowing things like this to continue is pretty important. They have to change the whole culture and it won't happen overnight.

I did the 250 question one when it was still proctored! I wonder how the new test compares with the old format? Even the old format had those all answers are correct but which one is most correct... not by common sense but by the CISSP way "most correct!"

Are you going to Cisco Live this year kong.yang? Also I'm in the practice leader phase of my career now as well. I've tried to keep doing engineering as an engineer (CIS/MIS) and tried to avoid becoming just another manager as well. I've been able to thread the needle up to this point without having a bunch of direct…

IDK if it's really considered unplugging but for me it's all about movies... I've seen so many movies between all of the pay channels and on demand, the movie theater, and some "other" methods (hello OSMC w/plug ins) It's often hard for me to find a movie I haven't seen at some point. Getting away from the computer all…

This is kinda the evolution of ITIL having workflow scripts for the helpdesk to follow. We use them with Remedy. One good thing Remedy did (I've lived with it for years) is following ITIL from the beginning.

There is a correct answer that gets the green checkmark. It's got a little typo in it. buzz87 got it right too!

We've had issues with Skype and it's not even O365! It's ended up with lots and lots of troubleshooting and tons of netflow and tons of QOS but we've finally gotten a better hand on it. We still have a couple sites that get issues with the audio on conference calls.

I've recently installed LEM1000 and took a Corona 3 day LEM class last W-F. LEM takes a little time to understand how it works and it's not super intuitive... but the good news is the UX team and the developers are working on updating LEM to more Orion like standards and user interface. In addition they are switching from…

It does depend... I can think of disasters that happened when a datastore was overloaded or messed up... everything virtual running on that datastore is effected. This is basically what zennifer was referring to as well.

100 sided die... Monk (Grand Master of Flowers) was my favorite character I played as a player. Oh and I still have an original Deities and Demigods 1st edition with the Cthulhu Mythos! For the first 1980 printing, TSR obtained permission from Michael Moorcock for inclusion of Melnibonéan material (from his Elric series of…
