sqlrockstar That's a huge piece of meat Tom! Dang was it hard to get into and out of the oven? Geesh that pan looks like it's bigger than most ovens? How did you cook that thing? I don't think I've ever cooked something that big except maybe roasting a boar in a pit in the ground! Props to the big family though... that's…

Definitely good turnout for sure!

I wonder if subscribing to services that help if your identity has been stolen are worth while. My company even started offering a benefit we could pay for if we wanted.

I'm still trying to figure out the firesight for sourcefire VM... it seems really good but it's new for everyone.

The real advantage to using the blank space in TV spectrum is the distance that the signal can travel... also the amount of data can be larger by sending the data on more than one frequency at the same time.

Funny some of the screens you see in movies and how they either are or aren't correct or real at all! Check out these winners! Apparently they don't understand the octet rule with ipv4???

Nice picture I do miss the trees now living in the desert sometimes!

I read about your upgrade on the upgrade experience thread... I sure hope that gets worked out pretty soon. We just did an upgrade on everything except NTA and it went ok but I suppose that's because the bugs are mostly worked out already.

I just pulled the trigger! Green checkmark!

Worked for me after I clicked the little play symbol. Also be careful today people... you could easily be led into the wrong answer if you go too quick today! I almost fell for it.

I'm all for powershell... it's great that some people at MS are old unix guys!

I think DanielleH can really use your help too!

In practice all this sounds good but from what I've seen over the years a LOT of BC/DR is just plans and documentation. Some companies do some practice drills and some find out they need this after they've already had a problem. It takes a lot of additional investment to really do BC/DR well.

Some things are just common sense... idk what the deal is with some of these people?

Wow that's a LOT but they are all important steps to really being able to recover from a big boo boo!

I'm really looking forward to netpath and perfstack. I'm still a couple versions back on last 11.x. Now that some of the bugs of 12.x are worked out I'm planning the upgrades with team members and am excited to finally get to use these in production.

It also can make it almost too easy for way too many VM's to be created and never cleaned up correctly or gotten rid of.

Good Times!

I too used mosaic back in the day... I seem to remember it came after veronica the text hyperlink tool.

With everything agile and stuff now... some of this kind of way of working is on it's way out I think. Good management not allowing things like this to continue is pretty important. They have to change the whole culture and it won't happen overnight.

I did the 250 question one when it was still proctored! I wonder how the new test compares with the old format? Even the old format had those all answers are correct but which one is most correct... not by common sense but by the CISSP way "most correct!"

Are you going to Cisco Live this year kong.yang? Also I'm in the practice leader phase of my career now as well. I've tried to keep doing engineering as an engineer (CIS/MIS) and tried to avoid becoming just another manager as well. I've been able to thread the needle up to this point without having a bunch of direct…
