Hehe nope the nispom sorta frowns on that! lolol! Crazy though the rest of the DoD is all about to jump into a bunch of cloud stuff... as if the OPM breach wasn't bad enough o.O

Yep today's question is which is NOT... which means one answer to check. It's pretty much par for the course. This month questions have been a little more tricky than just spoon feeding you the answers in the hint link. They aren't what I would say is hard though per se. Also think about what this months mission is…

Fun one this month Chrystal!

Our invisible fence works great for all the dogs we've had come and go. It is true if the dog is determined they will just run right trough the fence... but they don't like that shock.
-
Your current title sounds pretty good.

I like the flu mask Tom!
-
I wonder if Thomas will post a last Wednesday Thwack 2.0 post?

Today Day 15 was pretty easy... didn't even need the video... third try. Since youtube is blocked here and it's always a pain for me to go get my phone out of the locked up box in the hall to view them as no transmitting devices are permitted where I work... I always like the days I don't need the youtube!

Wow Perfstack! Sounds good aLTeReGo It looks like with this you'll be able to cement your #1 rank fairly easily!
-
I'm working my CEHv9 right now... I'll have to take the test pretty soon. I love metasploit!
-
I always like reading things like this... although if I asked our DSS inspectors I doubt they'd be on board with us using most likely.
-
I guess you could say that's networking but not really just that. It's all of us.
-
Ding-ding-ding! Good answer. Side question from your friend: “Not all viruses are bad, right?” - B.r.a.d.

A little flashback to my CIS undergrad! I would have included C and/or C++. You're right about compiled languages... in the long run compiling is the best and most efficient but for little short things interpreted can be fine. In addition to using a compiler you can further improved performance using a profiler.

Geesh I remember when a 10M hard drive for my Apple][+ would have cost 1200$ which at the time was half as much as the whole computer cost... suffice it to say I eventually got by with two of the original metal cased floppy drives.
-
Yeah I agree... much of this "new" stuff really isn't new at all!
-
Apparently I'm just doing bad this month?
-
Sounds pretty good... windows 10 is coming fast for us too.
-
Think Geek stuff is awesome 4sure! I always put in the poll at the end of the month... MORE THINK GEEK STUFF PLEASE!
-
You are registered for next week right? Bill
-
I'm also using 9200, 9300, and 9500 Catalyst's with NPM/SAM/NCM as well. Bill

I want to agree... as a computer scientist and big supporter of IEEE and ACM but War Games encapsulated something that's relevant even today computers and nuclear weapons.
-
NCM helped us replace two products both kiwi for config backups and another 3rd party compliance product.

Give you a DPA license for a year!

I had to clear cache in chrome this morning. The last day survey said I'd already taken it and obviously I hadn't. Cache clear fixed it.

Hey Rick we've got like 20 varieties of hummingbirds here in AZ... in the east you've only got one! The ruby throated hummingbird. This is Costas hummingbird in AZ. https://www.beautyofbirds.com/hummingbirdsarizona.html

Can't wait to see what the future brings @"jennebarbour" !
-
Yeah that was pretty tricky and not really worded exactly the same either...
-
Great advice the list there at the end... I can relate when I was 12 and had an Apple ][+ computer I wanted a 10meg hard drive so badly... it was around 1200$ though and out of my price range. In the very beginning I was stuck with a radio shack cassette player to store programs... boy those first 5.25" floppies that came…

Ok peeps don't listen to the video at all... the answer is in the image on the video... Dez never says anything about the question and answers.
