Added WPM recently to add that top layer.

I'm at a total loss on today's question too. Isn't there a little k inside the box for Average Duration (ms)? That usually means x 1000??? Maybe I'm reading something wrong?

More people doing these than years ago so harder to win but it can happen!

The problem with the BNC thing is the response box was the same no matter what you chose and it always gave that answer whether you clicked on BNC or not... the author said so above... it was an oversight.

Some good suggestions there... we do all of the above for the most part. A big reason a lot of people are hit with this recent event was due to not applying the March Security rollup from Microsoft.

No kidding... the first week was a challenge for me and I didn't use AI.

Just don't forget that many of us have networks without access to the internet so don't force access to internet for licensing. In some instances we may be able to create rules to allow the licensing to take place but there are networks where this will never happen and licensing will always have be a manual process as the…

It was nice to see @"patrick.hubbard" aka pHubb again too. I hadn't seen the old geek in a while! Bill

QOS, netflow, nbar, and such has really helped us with these kinds of problems. The QOS is fun part!
