QOS, netflow, nbar, and such has really helped us with these kinds of problems. The QOS is fun part!

I agree... I still do documentation but instead of using Code Collaborator or something like that I use VISIO and lots of spreadsheets and Orion of course! I even got an A in C++ and Algorithms in my undergrad.
