I think the question is do you need to have a mirrored set of Orion and module licenses or are just one set of NPM/SAM/etc licenses needed for failover? Do they need two sets of NPM/SAM/etc licenses for failover from one server to the other?

I would guess Orion plus whatever modules you run x 2 plus the HA2.0 license: High Availability Architecture - Failover Clusters | SolarWinds I assume you only need one license for HA2.0 which will cover a pair right aLTeReGo?
