I'm curious about this, also. We're recently seeing more blocking with SentryOne (the query above actually) as the victim and it's often been the start of a bunch of blocks by actual processes.

Microsoft says it was fixed in CU1 (Cumulative update 1 for SQL Server 2022 (KB5022375) - SQL Server | Microsoft Learn) and not finding anything about the issue on later CU's so we may just give it a shot at whatever the latest CU available is when we go liive. If it doesn't work without AG enabled then we can enable it.

Not sure if this is still an issue or not but throwing out an answer. You have the parameter @LogToTable set to "Y" but it appears you don't have the CommandLog table in the secondary master database. (Message 50000) The table CommandLog is missing.
