We're using a seperate netflow tool that looks at the COS values in the flows.

We've been using NetFlow to monitor these queue's and provide trend data per-queue. This provides a great amount of detail around not only how much per queue but also exactly which flows are tagged and placed in which queues. -DW

I did a packet capture on the tool and it looks like this is the SNMP OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.6.13.1.1 -DW 

 SolarWinds Engineers Toolset has a tool in the "security" section called "remote-TCP session reset". This tool apparently uses an SNMP MIB to view and if you have the read/write string, reset TCP sessions to the router.
