Not a dumb suggestion at all...I just put the search term "app" in there because I have about 20 servers with the name "app" in them. Below is a screenshot with nothing in the search box:

The only thing I remember is that they had to go in and edit some of the tables in the database itself, beyond that I am not sure. Best bet is to open a ticket and go through the process. Once they figure out the problem they are really good at resolving it.

I have the same issue, but have over 100 Windows Nodes running Server 2008 R2. On Monday I was able to see all of my eligible servers in the drop down list Cobrien is showing above. I ended up opening a Support ticket and they got me all squared away. There were multiple issues because the database got messed up. It took like two weeks of back and forth emails and Diagnostic Files to figure it out.

I did almost the same thing, except instead of renaming the Solarwinds folder, I simply deleted it (this was a fresh install, there was nothing that needed to be saved), then deleted the Orion website in IIS, and re-installed the application. When re-installing, make sure to "Run as administrator," it made a difference for…
