@"jblankjblank" Loving these new features of Orion Maps and we have started to convert our old Network Atlas Maps to the new Orion Maps. One issue that we appear to have encountered is that on creating our 11th map, we are not able to track the history of this new map, which appears to initially imply that there is some…

Have you actually installed Log Analyzer and is it showing in your licenses? We had the exact same question and couldn't see this option only to discover that we were using the Orion Log Viewer and not Log Analyzer. We downloaded a trial of Log Analyzer but it was going to be too expensive for us to implement just to get…

@"michaeltking79" I had the same issue when i upgraded from 2019.4 to 2020.2 RC these fields were blank. I had to install the fix for the SWA service from my customer portal before i could get these to display anything.

@"tony.johnson" Thanks for the clarity on what is and isn't possible at the moment, as for the use of scrolls, its purely a visual preference, nothing more than that.

@"tony.johnson" Loving the new dashboards and how you can manipulate the data to present what you want to be able to see. Created a test Alerts Dashboard for our environment, however on the custom tables part when i define my table and get the records returned, is there any way to have only a section displayed within the…

@"jblankjblank"Not quite but almost. I have an interface on one side (distro) and and interface on the switch (white) both of these are Gi0/1. Topology doesn't think that these are connected, but once a manual connection is made between these two the the other line going from the same interface on the switch (white) to the…

@"jblankjblank" Sorry but have another query regarding the new Orion Maps. Having an issue whereby when i create a manual connection between two swicthes i seem to get an 'additonal' link but this link doesn't show up on the node details topology section, any ideas as to what is creating this extra link? If i try to delete…

Something like this, we dont use a widget like you, but this is how we would do it.

At the moment we used a UDP to poll the UID that reports the value in celcius, we then transform that result to convert this to Fahrenheit and then display that on the device page.
-
In any swql that we use a date range then we have the following line WHERE 'xxxxxxx' > ADDDATE('day', -X, GETUTCDATE()) where the 'X' in the number of days you want to go back and 'xxxxxxx' is the variable you are using, in this case TimeGeneratedUtc

@"jblankjblank" loving the new features of Orion Maps, One question that i have and probably more important to others than me, but is it possible to remove the link speeds from the maps so that are smoother (for me anyway) as this information is visible anyway if you click on the link?

wluther Again many thanks for your time and input. I've managed to get my SQL query to produce all of the information I need, just need to convert that to SWQL now, lovely Looking at your SWQL screenshots above, these appear to be somewhat different from mine, for example my Orion.Events table doesn't have any chain/links…

wluther Been working a little more on my custom events frame and i'm having trouble trying to join data from 3 seperate tables. I can get the events pane to show EventTime, EventType, NodeName & Message, but i'm struggling to get data from the 3rd table in the query to show the Acknowledged by and Acknowledged Time. The…

wluther Many thanks for the prompt reply. In an ideal world I would like to be able to do the following 1. The calendar table to only show certain types of events and not all. (not at present, but can fix that myself) 2. The initial 4 pie charts to show the data only for these events. (again the above query if sorted will…

wluther We have been using this chart for a while now and have revisited it since there has been some changes here. The query itself looks at tables in the database, but can it also work for views? I've tried to change it to pull the data from a view, but the calendar / charts & table just doesn't want to display, just…

Hi there, nice query and would be very useful indeed. One issue I have is that out of our 1000+ nodes we have in NPM, we only have 4 devices that appear in the NCM ArpTable, any ideas as to why or how I can get this table refreshed? to show all of my Nodes? Cheers

wluther Appreciate all the help you have offered and it would be nice to have a truely 'offline' version. If an offline version every comes round i'd certain be using it. In the meantime i will have a look at the above links and see if i can somehow use these. Worst case scenario for me, is that i can put a case forward…

wluther Many thanks for your continued support. I have downloaded the loader.js to my local server only to discover that it calls a subsequent loader.js from another directory on the gstatic site. I downloaded that one also and placed it in the expected folder, however this loader.js has several references to other areas…

Hi Wluther, I tried running both versions of the script and neither gave me any results. I had tried to use Edge, I.E., Chrome & Firefox, all of which gave me the same results. The console did however show some DNS error issues trying to resolve google.com. Does this script require internet access to work properly, or can…

This looks fantastic and something I'd love to get working in our environment, however I just cannot seem to get it working. My current environment is detailed below. SolarWindsOrion Platform 2017.1.3 SP3, CloudMonitoring 1.0.0, IPAM 4.5.1, SAM 6.4.0, DPAIM 11.0.0, NCM 7.6, VIM 7.1.0, QoE 2.3, NetPath 1.1.0, NPM 12.1…

It appears that when I change the values of match01 thru match05 in the ASP to some random numbers then the values show and the pie chart displays. So the problem appears to be with the routines to create these values that it doesn't like.

hcy01uk wluther This is exactly what I was looking to do for my Node Status - I have tried to apply my query using the template you have provided for the ping one, but I just cant seem to somehow get it working right. When I create the pages below I don't seem to get any counts in the custom html page although the counts…

Managed to resolve this issue by taking a backup of the database on another server and restoring this to the new server. From within the SQL Server Management Studio, on the views I entered the design mode and changed all database references to the correct database name of my new server. Saved the design and the views work…

Are you looking for something like this?
-
Thanks, but it looks like I figured it out - turns out that the 'Solarwinds Orion Module Engine' had crashed over the weekend. Stopped / restarted all of the services and the 'My Dashboard' option is back.
-
I have since resolved my issue by doing the following. * Copy the \Program Files (x86)\Solarwinds\Orion\Packaging\Repository\Orion.CloudMonitoring.2019.4.1.1914.opkg file from the main poller to the same location on the standby poller. * Edit the \Program Files (X86)\…

Have a look at this Integrate Google Charts with Solarwinds reports/view, A Pie chart example I reckon that this is what you are looking to achieve, however I couldn't quite get it working in my environment, but didn't really have the time to figure out why.

You could try this OID to see if it helps you. .1.3.6.1.4.1.3417.2.11.3.1.3.2 ----> BLUECOAT-SG-PROXY-MIB:sqProxyHttpClientConnectionsActive

Why can't you just use the default reset condition? i.e. Reset this alert when trigger condition in no longer true
