It appears that if the Palo Alto firewall's policies are managed by Palo Alto Panorama this Insight is unable to detect the policies. We have one site where the firewalls are not managed by Panorama, and the Insight is able find/display the policies.

We are having an issue with the database server after the update which is causing us to restart SQL services every morning.
