it can do with the drop downs, but generally any section of a ticket just 'disappears' . Or sometimes you click on a ticket to open it, it doesn't open and just takes you back to the Group screen. Not sure if you resolved this - we use Gmail for business - its best to generate an 'Application Password' in Gmail as Google can often block service accounts

I like Check lists function - i think it would also be good to include a check list for clients when raising a ticket via the portal. For example new starter - manager raises a ticket and can select what they require i.e. Access Fob, Mobile phone, Software Packages - i sent my idea to SW !

Does anyone know why when i try upgrading from 12.6 to 12.7.1 it just hangs on the "This may take a moment screen" ? I left it for 2hrs and it never installed.
