I updated to 6.2.1 HF1 (I don't see a download for HF2 in my customer portal) Unfortunately, the same behavior still exists. My web console doesn't allow me to log in. I can type my name and password, click connect, then nothing but endless spinning barber pole.

I changed it from the unwanted agent "Server A" to one I prefer, "Server B" Clicked Save then closed the console and re-launched it.
