  • It didn’t initially. But what we had to do was rerun the installation program, and do a REPAIR. Unsure why. This took seconds, and didn’t lose any data. If in doubt, email Tech Support.   • Tickets are effectively DELETED when you merge them. In the database, under the table “job_ticket” find the ticket number (“job_ticket_id”) and there should be a “deleted” column. Set it to “0” (Zero) Please only take this as advice, and you really shouldn’t mess with the DB directly.

  • This is actually a known issue with the WHD 12.3 RC (Beta Version) and can be fixed by installing the following: downloads.solarwinds.com/.../WHD12.3.0-Build-462-416175.zip Read the README inside the zip file. Let me know if it didn’t work.
