better create a ticket under support or post this on the Product Network Configuration Manager
-
You might want to create a support ticket for that as it might be a problem with software. Although, you said it is only happening to one machine and that might indicate an environmental issue. Also, you might want to disable the IIS on the Serv-U Application Server as the Serv-U acts as it's own web server and IIS would…

It is pretty Normal as generally speaking its better to leave connections open and sleeping then just activate them than it is to spam open a lot of new connections at once in a high transaction environment like Solarwinds.

I found out that this SQL query works. Rouge MAC-Address: ${N=SwisEntity;M=MACAddress} Port: ${SQL: SELECT Name from [dbo].[UDT_Port] WHERE PortID IN ( SELECT PortID from [dbo].[UDT_PortToEndpointCurrent] WHERE (EndpointID = ${N=SwisEntity;M=EndpointID}))} Port ID: ${SQL: Select PortID from [dbo].UDT_RogueMacAlert} Node…

Is the FTP Voyager Service being showed on the services.msc? If it is, right click and the properties. Make sure you specific an account that is an Admin where the FTP voyager is running and has access to the network path.

I don't think UDT does get the Speed/Duplex. i bet you need Network Performance Monitor to Get those data. Once you have that, you can try the query above.
-
Try using Groups(not hierarchy group) instead of Supernet.

It seems Aerohive will be supported soon. https://thwack.solarwinds.com/thread/65904

You can use FTP Voyager. It has a scheduler and you can configure this on that free tool. https://www.serv-u.com/free-tools/ftp-voyager-ftp-client-for-windows Serv-U FTP Voyager -- Free FTP Client for Windows - YouTube

Are you saying that it does not show endpoints or are you referring to a specific data in the VLAN?
-
I would suggest for you to talk to your network team and have them inform you of any changes that they would make. You are having roadblocks because of the Solarwinds licensing, but you can go around it by improving your internal process.

If you want to exclude a device being scanned for UDT, just go the said device and edit the node and uncheck the Layer 2 and Layer 3 polling. On the IPAM,just turn off the scanning for that particular IP address

Are these Native Serv-U users? or are you using other type of authentication like LDAP or Database Users?

1) How can I tell SolarWinds to not assign a specific group of IP addresses (e.g. 001-009) and not use ones in the DHCP scope? - If it is linked to the DHCP, it would be retained as reserved. The scenario you are describing is only true for stand alone subnets that is not linked to the DHCP scope 2) How do you track the…

better create a feature request for this as it seems the setting is being applied globally for that particular user instead of per subnet option
-
better to copy the files and then make the changes and see what will happen
-
So it's timing out via http. Better create a support ticket for it if you already have a license. If not, is it still timing out via FTP or via FTP clients?
-
You might want to post this on the Feature Request portion of Dameware. DameWare DRS Feature Requests
-
kindly create a ticket under support as they would need to investigate this issue
-
Kindly upgrade to 2019.2 HF3 with IPAM 4.9 HF1. Success Center

It seems they are already working on it. RC versions for other modules are out so I think a new version will be out soon.

Does Serv-U Encrypt the Files?
-
I'm not sure if Serv-U is capable on running Powershell scripts. In Orion, there is a special type of action to run Powershell script(alerting) and it is separate with simply running an executable file or a bat file.

i think you need to remove select * FROM dbo.UDT_RogueMACAlert
-
Try the SQL query below. Update UDT_Port Set IsMonitored = 0 where IsMonitored !=0
