Looks like an information service issue. I would highly recommend to open a ticket.

What does it say from Settings >> My Deployment? You can also check the Deployment health tab.

Can you take a screenshot of this error? Where did you find this error(what widget)? Do you happen to know what this Server is for? You must have an idea as you put it in Solarwinds to be monitored, right?
-
for the bandwidth utilization, that's SNMP data(NPM), You might want to check the SNMP being received from the device. My experience with this one is the SNMP data being send is always the same, since it's a computation, it always shows as 0%. You can use the SNMPwalk to counter check and verify the OIDs.…

Try checking articles related to this. I found this though it is not the IIS template. Might be useful. support.solarwinds.com/.../AppInsight-for-IIS-is-Unknown https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Appinsight-for-SQL-Monitors-in-Unknown-state?language=en_US www.youtube.com/watch

You can also send this to support for them to check the session trace logs. Just remember to turn it off once you gathered enough logs as this could eat up your available space.

How does IPAM detect conflicts? IPAM primarily looks for differences in MAC addresses, from two distinct simultaneous scans for a single IP Address, within a subnet. Conflict Scenarios: SNMP versus SNMP Neighbor: This type of conflict will occur when there is a difference in MAC addresses retrieved from the ARP table of…

Try Orion WebUsersettings. But that is only for Orion general settings. It would differ per product example, IPAM, SAM, etc. Furthermore, I haven't verify this as I no longer have SW Environment. You also need to have basic understanding on what they mean when looking at that table.

What are the options from the Group By?

I kinda agree with support on this one. EOC and AWS is pretty similar. In theory this could work, but since they are very similar, they would be using the same ports and services that can interfere with each other. This could work as stated by Chad but this will need more testing.

Unfortunately, I no longer have a Solarwinds environment so I can't really say. Try NodesData, I really don't keep it on top of my head. I just usually check via Database Manager before.

I think what the tech means is that if the hardware sensor becomes unknown or undetectable. That is indeed the behavior. That happens if somehow the device stops sending data for the hardware sensor it will be removed as it is considered as orphaned child object. What should have happen is the device send the correct…

To answer your question. Yes, it is possible.

It is discussed on the link. Unfortunately, I no longer have a Solarwinds environment so I can't do testing of queries. You will need to play around it. I'm not sure if anyone else has figured out to do it via a query as it seems you will need to have a Node ID as an index to other tables. I would suggest for you to file a…

check if you also enabled the neighbor scanning for the subnet. If it is, disable it and verify again that you are checking the Poller assignment from the subnet and not via Node.
-
then that's the problem. The nodeID listed there is just an example.
-
I would assume you copy paste the query correct?

Check what Polling engine the subnet is assigned to and then logged into that APE. try to do ping -a XX.XX.XX.XX and see if it will respond and resolve the IP Address to hostname. https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/How-hostname-resolution-works-in-IPAM

What you are describing makes sense. However, if IPAM would continue to process scan if the server is not taxed, I would think APE will no longer be needed. I remember a time wherein a user can control how many scan IPAM can run at a time. However, in between versions, this was removed.

You need to have the UDT working first before that can be populated. In IPAM, the IP Address is the base information. On UDT, it would be the MAC address Endpoint. In UDT, it needs to be able to related the MAC address to UDT in order for it to appear on the IPAM part.

I think you can create a report via the Web based report.
