They actually create an internal ticket for this. But creating a customer facing one would be through thwack and this should be adopted as part of the process instead of just creating an internal ticket. Either way, I voted for this one. I hope this picks up some steam.

Let me highlight it for you. Remove unknown, usually it will show you the possible data for that specific custom poller. Also, what do you see when you click on show list?
-
what are the results for the custom node poller status? can you take a screenshot of that? Also, have you click n show list?

Test if you can do SNMP from the APEs going to the device. You can run SNMPwalk from the APE. https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Run-SolarWinds-SNMPWALK?language=en_US If that does not work, then it's most probably a network issue or your system firewall is just blocking the SNMP request.

Keep the ticket open then. They should keep the ticket open and inform you of any resolution. If it's a known bug, it should be posted via the Success Center. support.solarwinds.com/.../@uri

Saw the banner just now. Thank you for raising this to your internal team.

That's because, it does not automatically add IPs into Subnets. You can use this tool. To add IPs to the monitored Subnets, you will need the addIp address tool - Extract the AddIps.zip to a directory on the IPAM server - Run the file SolarWinds.IPAM.AddIps.exe/SolarWinds.Tools.IPAM.AddIps.exe - Provide your…

Based on the error, it seems you have created a view limitation either on your account or on the view itself that restricts you from viewing the wireless heatmap. https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/orionplatform/content/core-configuring-view-limitations-sw791.htm…
