This error pertains to all your solarwinds servers not being on the same version. https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/How-to-Check-NPM-Version?language=en_US Go to Resolution 3. That's a sure way to check for the versions between servers. Otherwise, follow @"cheryl1" advise.

Since it is a licensing issue, there's no better workaround to this but call the customer service.

Go to settings >> All Settings >> License Manager. What does it say on that page? You can go further by going to Settings >> All Settings >> License Manager >> License Details.

You might want to start to utilize Orion Insights. This would give you a background of the Environment where your SW is running. It can give you ideas how to optimize the software. I also found this post. thwack.solarwinds.com/.../311588

Have you tried gathering the logs and then submitting Orion Insights? Just to check if there would be potentially environmental issues that you can eliminate to improve the Polling?

Are you referring to Orion Insights? I think it is available via the Customer Page Portal. You need to submit the Diagnostics. Technical Support >> Orion Insights Environment Reviews

I agree, SW should have at least show the MIB database on the other servers.
-
Looking at this link, it seems you can only check the version on the Main Polling Engine, although once you updated the MPE, you need to update the APEs and HA Standby as well. documentation.solarwinds.com/.../core-downloading-the-solarwinds-mib-database-sw3581.htm

bro, im giving you advise how to better troubleshoot your issue. if you would find a pattern, then it would be much easier to submit a ticket to support. I mentioned this on one of your post. I currently do not have SW environment so I can't duplicate the issue you are having. I'm just trying to help you out troubleshoot…

are they the same device? I mean are they all APs? What I would do is to check for patterns. Are they specific vendor?

There was a known issue about database maintenance for version 2023.1 which causes it not to finish it's nightly maintenance. You might want to look at that. https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/orionplatform/content/release_notes/solarwinds_platform_2023-1-1_release_notes.htm Other than that, you might…

Below are the OIDs for CPU and Memory. If your Linux server does not support those OIDs, then you need to install the Agent into the Linux server. https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/CPU-and-memory-utilization-Object-IDs-OIDs-NPM-can-poll?language=en_US You need to remember that SNMP is mainly used for…

When you click on show list, you don't see any results?

I would assume that you added this via SNMP, is that correct? If it's a linux server, try using agent Polling.
