Put an action as you did not put any. And post this question on the link below. thwack.solarwinds.com/.../log-analyzer
-
Depends on the type of support.
-
If everything checks out with the namespaces listed on the link below, it should be treated as a bug. Cause it looks like UDT can poll across domains. documentation.solarwinds.com/.../udt-define-credentials-for-polling-across-domains.htm
-
Apart from what HerrDoktor said, did you recently have a Microsoft KB Update?
-
You have a similar issue before about node deletion and what I posted is to use the Auditing Events. I think you opted to use a custom Query. Instead of relying on custom queries, familiarize yourself with the default features of the product. solarwindscore.my.site.com/.../Viewing-and-reporting-audit-events
-
Those are default fields in solarwinds. You can put values into them like site(by editing the node and you can also do it in bulk), but I think vendor is automatically generated. You can also check out custom properties.…
-
Yeah, this is what I was referring to.

How did you configure exclusion?

-
I read somewhere that it is temporarily removed that as it is being prepared for Stage 2. Thwack store was down for quite a while and has recently return. That was Stage 1.

Check Audit logs. solarwindscore.my.site.com/.../Viewing-and-reporting-audit-events
-
no problem
-
Well, hopefully it does.
-
That usually means you are using SNMPv3 for that node. You will need to reconfigure the SNMPv3. support.solarwinds.com/.../Layer-2-Layer-3-data-not-visible-when-using-SNMPv3 support.solarwinds.com/.../Authorization_Error_-_User_does_not_have_rights_to_requested_MIBs…
-
Ok, that means it should get the information. This will now fall under support to verify if data is coming in properly. It would be helpful if you can run UDT compatibility checker for the device/Node. solarwindscore.my.site.com/.../UDT-Compatibility-Checker
-
can you show me a screenshot similar to the link? I do not see the UDT Monitor Filter from your screenshot.
-
Then that means it is not getting information from the UDT module. Check if you can go to UDT Monitored Nodes. For reference, you can check the link below. documentation.solarwinds.com/.../udt-add-orion-nodes-to-udt.htm\
-
Instead of looking for the port in UDT, have you tried looking for the MAC Address instead?
-

I don't understand, did you call and no one answered? The IVR(Interactive Voice Response) did not work?
-
Call Solarwinds and refer the ticket number and tell them you are system down due to license issue.

-
IPAM can get the ARP table values via Neighbor scanning which is I provided a link above.
-
You are comparing the IPAM Module and the NPM. Your question is about how IPAM detects IP Conflict. The information you are referring is not native to IPAM though. But feel free to request a Feature Request. www.solarwinds.com/.../how-to-submit-a-product-feature-request
-
Ok, then that means it is only associating on one MAC address when it Queries the IP Address VIA SNMP. As you can see on the scenario, there's no SNMP Vs SNMP because it usually gets one association. You will need to check the other ones like adding a DHCP server to get the other association and detect the IP Address…
-
It doesn't seem to detect association with MAC addresses at all. What you need to understand is that whatever it detects via the Interface Details does not translate directly to IPAM. It has it's own Polling therefore you will need to check if the SNMP Credentials via Manage Nodes is included on the IPAM as well.
-
What you are showing here are interface details not IP Address Details. Can you show me what is being showed via IP address Details?
