You can ask for query to remove orphaned DNS Zones. It sounds to me that that is something they overlooked rather than "by design". The Easiest/Fasterr way I can think of is to remove the DHCP server from IPAM and re add them.

On normal fields, it will be overwritten even though that option is selected. That's why it is recommended custom fields/Property. However, it seems those fields are considered like custom fields/Property so I guess, good for you.

how did you try to edit the snmpv3 password in solarwinds? when you changed it, have you tried to re test the credential first?

most probably you have configured to poll via SNMPv3 and since you change the password, it can no longer reach the device.

I think you can add a trigger wherein node name is not equal to (Node Name of Window server) or add a custom property with windows server in it and exclude that and create a new node down alert with 5 minute delay which would be equals to the window server. You should have to be creative.
