Try messaging this guy. I see he has some IPAM reports submitted via content exchange.

the reason I asked you to upgrade because I saw this before. I just read the release notes and found out it was known issue for the version I had.

documentation.solarwinds.com/.../solarwinds_platform_2023-3-1_release_notes.htm I would read all the release notes after this version and look for a similar behavior. Other than that, upgrade.

I would recommend to work with your Customer Success Manager to push for this functionality. Although consider what meseverrum said. you'll never know, Just try to work it with your CSM.
-
I would suggest for you to check which Polling engine the IP Address is assigned to and then run the command from that article. https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/How-hostname-resolution-works-in-IPAM?language=en_US If it returns a record that it should return a hostname. If it is not returning, try…
-
What you are asking is outlined on the article below. When you acknowledge the alert, the incident only changes to the defined acknowledge state when the incident has not been touched yet. This means that the incident is in the state defined in incident detail of the alert action.…

It would help osvict if you mark his/her response as "answer"

I'm not sure if a lot of people would see that since it is on the thwack MVP channel.

I have the same reaction on the proctor company as well. They need to chill

It is safe to delete those log files. It is even suggested on the link below. https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/orionplatform/content/core-optimization-historical-data.htm Unless you know how to read those logs, it really does not matter. If you happen to encounter and issue and support ask for the…

If it's not too much trouble, you can post their answer here. Thank you.

I would say enable Neighbor scanning on those subnets. solarwindscore.my.site.com/.../Indirect-Discovery-Neighbor-Scanning-in-IPAM

He has a Solarians Badge.
-
I feel this is somewhat easy to accomplish. However, I no longer have a Solarwinds Environment so I can't help out. I will start editing the out of the box report called "IPAM All subnets" and check all available options for yourself. Note: Since it is an out of the box report, try duplicate and edit.

Best advice

Because the report is about Node. Do you want to include the interface? Create a report that starts with Interface Details. Check this link out. thwack.solarwinds.com/.../interface-description-report

Something like this? https://hco.demo.solarwinds.com/Orion/Report.aspx?ReportID=1024&ReturnTo=aHR0cHM6Ly9oY28uZGVtby5zb2xhcndpbmRzLmNvbS9vcmlvbi9yZXBvcnRzL3ZpZXdyZXBvcnRzLmFzcHg= I believe that is out of the box report.

lol. Curious to know what's the logic behind "it's not redundant".
-
Agree, it is redundant, but I would have verified that by testing it out which I cannot do. As for the support, I don't know what to tell you. If that is what they tell you, then it is what it is.
-
You are overthinking this. What is your end goal? Do you want it to just trigger once and only sit on the Active Alerts page. If that is the case, uncheck both. If you want to be constantly reminded? then choose, Repeat this action. The first option is somewhat misleading as even if you check that, and you acknowledged the…
-
It's more of you need to repeat an action while the alert is active to remind your team of critical issues that require immediate attention. https://solarwindscore.my.site.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Trigger-an-Alert-to-repeat-until-acknowledged-or-resolved?language=en_US Normally, once it triggers the action, it just sits…
