Hi, if you have a valid support package currently you should be able to visit your customer portal and see the study guide, this will give you lots of pointers of what to look for either via the SolarWinds website or in Thwack…

Don’t have access to my system but is your swql last month? Maybe try like this one? https://thwack.solarwinds.com/product-forums/network-performance-monitor-npm/f/forum/90018/adding-last-month-or-this-month-to-a-swql-query

If you can mark this as answered and that will help other thwack members

Ok that should just be an option on the table fields I assume you have selected component or application rather than node
-
Don't have access to an environment will take a look in the morning unless someone comes back to you
-
There not the same as specifying the name exactly though
-
If you move the name part to an or statement under the and statement then add the next component does that work?
-
Ok so if you take component type out what does that show
-
Try starting with the and statement then do the or statement
-
Would put that in the and statement
-
Ah where has the component type field gone
-
I would take the last or statement out then in the and statement change to does not equal up and see what that shows rather than is equal to unknown

Can you work out which line is causing the issue by adding and removing the - -

Should be a more fields option which opens another screen

Component type rather than component id

Hi, You need to setup the Universal Device Poller on the server once that is done you can use the data anywhere within the browser, reports dashboards etc

Hi, It’s still there as shown in the Orion demo, have you tried a different browser?
-
Hi, As it is a switch I assume this has been added to NCM as well as NPM so it suggests your license count for NCM has been hit When you edit the node or adding it there is a tick box for NCM near the bottom untick and add the device then go to NCM summary and confirm you are only monitoring devices in NCM Should only be…

Not got access to my system at min but, it looks to be polling twice a min. Is the device not responding quick enough causing a delay can you reduce to poll once a min just to to test?

The error at the top would be where I would be starting relating to the data being obsolete https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Displayed-data-is-obsolete-even-if-interface-is-active?language=en_US

The alert is firing correctly as the 'null' cells confirm SolarWinds cant get a response from the device at the time. So the choices if it was me: * Investigate the network between SW and the device, the devices logs etc to see if something can be adjusted. * if you have an additional polling engine try moving to the other…
