Yeah should be a second trigger if not would add it? Also have you tried simulating the alert to see if it still fires correctly. If has variables, the fields they are pulling from are they correct and not been changed accidently?

That seems pretty alien to me, is the business asking for those exact alerts. Yep no option to select products on online or offline installer. Support say something wrong as it was thinking I still had 4.2.3 when actually it’s 4.2.4 so wouldn’t give me the next button. so its dns, could be the dns suffix on the boxes not got the right or any dns servers in. But putting the ip in directly should of worked in the add node?

removal of the KB4103720 seemed to do it. but add nodes just stopped working had to reboot primary polling engine and web front end to get it to work
