From memory the reports by default put the report inline, have you tried unchecking send as pdf

Also would look at your settings as sounds like you have alerting enabled for unmanaged devices. your alert might also have a reset condition that is looking for a specific status so the alert will stay active unless you delete the active alert or change the reset condition. but yes share your alert pages so we can see…

I have recreated the dashboard and a basic account with no permissions and it still shows the line chart. Is the internet browser the standard user is using, supported? Using edge or chrome not internet explorer. Have they tried to access on another pc looks like a local user issue.

Off the top my head i think there is a 100 element total before it stops showing data. It shows up on the screen when you hit it. Which version of SW are you on? But yeah would cut maps down then link through map to map

Any SolarWinds process make sure all SolarWinds services are stopped before upgrade

Im sure you have got past this but just in case. Kill the process and try again making sure the installer is run as admin. Im assuming snapshots/backups have been taken. Log with SolarWinds Support if stuck as its the latest version and if issues found they can work on it and help others.

You can pull from any data in the tables either using the built in tools or SWQL

If you havent already log a support case with SolarWinds, currently one of our customers is on 2022.3 and maintenance completes but has failures in it, this one had sql tables with dead locks on them which needed to be cleared.
