I did save Question 4 until today and after reading the comments I do see how this is a tricky question but as others have pointed out, if you don't see a Conversation with one of the listed choices you are not looking in the right place.

We had been leveraging WSUS to do Windows Updates and other software updates. We implemented Patch Manager to manage the Windows Updates and the reporting available has helped us get a better handle on where to focus efforts going forward.

I started on BBSs and AOL before it had the WWW. I stumbled into IRC and cut my teeth as a script-kiddy to learn more. Then it just exploded into the endless flood of new ideas and things to learn and do. PC Gaming in college with friends pushed me to learn more about hardware and networking because there was no campus…

I used to work for a company that tried to innovate based on their unique business model...I haven't worked there for over a decade but I never did find out if they were successful or not...
