There seem to be a lot of people having issues updating from HF1 to HF2. It states "All Products are up-to-date".

So I can't find the update either. I guess I would have expected them to release a cumulative update regardless of what 2020 version you are on especially if the version of update you need can't be found. I will keep digging to see if I can find it or if they make any suggestions. I opened a ticket but don't expect much…

I tried for a fourth time and downloaded from the exact location you specified. Still no go. I have HF1 installed but when installing HF2 is still says "All Products are up-to-date". Sounds like I'm not the only one. I had to shut of internet to this box and it's hindering monitoring. Sure would be nice to get this…

Restarting the service did not work. I even restarted the server. Still no go.

So I may be a little confused and it seems that I'm not the only one. I can't seem to find 2020.2.1. Also for something like this I would have expected SolarWinds to address that in their release management. A cumulative update to 2020 would have been awesome. So any ideas how to proceed or what that would be.

So I am here Orion Platform HF1 on my version and getting the Products are update to date when running the HF2 update. Nothing I've tried in any suggestion has worked. Anyone have any new ideas? Actually I am just now seeing the same issue. Node 2 showing resource control manager Groups online as critical. Any more info on this?

All, Support provided me with the fix. It is a known bug in this release. There are two .dll's that they sent me. I did the following in the readme and the scripts started working immediately upon restarting the services. This BD was created to fix problem with impersonation not working for Powershell Scripts monitors.…

This presentation provided good information on the proper way to look at alerts. It gave me a better way to ask and interview people when being asked to prepare alerts. Based on this I am going to prepare a requirements form that people will need to fill out when requesting alerts. Terrific presentation. Thanks,

I sent the email directly. The NOC view is a nice visual that I can keep on a large screen that keeps a constant visual look on the environment.

I'm starting to see this now. Has there been any resolutions. DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx using any of the configured protocols; requested by PID 5af0 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SolarWinds\JobEngine.v2\SWJobEngineWorker2x64.exe).
