UPDATE: So it turns out that nothing in the above script was causing the "Get script output" to hang. This was happening no matter what I put in the script body. It started working after a reboot of the Orion server.

in SAM: Windows Powershell Monitor component is hanging when I hit "Get Script Output", but is fine when I run the script in a Powershell window. Thoughts? Comment by dlambertod March 2017
