Has anyone found an answer to this? I am having this issue on one of the Exchange 2003 servers. Whats odd is all monitors are working fine against other Exchange servers. Its a cluster with 3 nodes. Others are two node clusters.

The issue was related to Windows server 2008. After moving to Windows 2003 server SNMP works correctly. However now the NPM service randomly stops :)

Looks like the service stops even when my terminal session is open. Same three events logged.I just changed the service account to run under my own account to se if the issue persists.
