I've had similar experience the last year or so. The initial assignee takes notes and throws a URL at you without actually looking into the issue. After going back and forth for several days they will escalate internally, and you might get a reply within a couple days. It has not been good.

Yeah, that's possible. Wouldn't that just result in a ton of authentication failures though as the account tries to poll those resources?

Are you keeping the old server name or new? We're blowing that old server away never to return.
