aLTeReGo‌, I am missing something here. You say that you cannot reproduce this, but the directory information is being polled via WMI. WMI is not capable of enumerating UNC paths.

Yep, Duplicate nodes, clusters, multi path routes, ospf, all confuse sonar in NPM. Lan Surveyor works much better, but you can't import the Lan Surveyor result into NPM $%^&!!

That is true only in the perfect scenario. We have very large SQL servers with multiple AG groups. If you have multiple AG's with different Instance names across more than 2 cluster members then App insight does not work. Adding AG to App insight has been promised for a long time.
