We can always give @"aLTeReGo" some heat on this unless it's actually been implemented at some point
-
Ahh. I guess we're waiting until this feature is implemented instead of working on.
-
Wait, so we don't have a tool that can do /pizza? I know this isn't EQ2, but still.

new month new quizzes! *dances*

This would be nice as a quality of life improvement. I thought that MIB packages were rolled into NPM updates but we all know that MIBs get updated more often than that. I do fear however, that MIB updates happening automatically could crush solarwinds bandwidth - something I thought I may have seen happen when the new…

rschroeder you mean you aren't exactly loving ACI? Do tell

I can think of two types of situations that end up with "bad"/cautionary DIY SAAS solutions: Where your organization is clearly too restrictive to enable what people want Where people *think* your organization is too restrictive to enable what people want There are plenty of scenarios where nobody has a problem with this,…

Easy theme changes would be a nice plus

Cool! familyofcrowes also expressed interest in this. It would certainly help me trying to add leverage to consider Toolset

bumping! This would be good to revisit! #bumpsquad

Are you using one of those pfishing test services?

I've said this a lot and hope they pick up on it.

This is true, but I'm talking about polling via SNMP with an agent installed - where the default polling method selected is not Agent, but instead SNMP. This is for reasons of NPM -> NTA integration. More along the lines of

So I enjoy that sort of data discussion, but there's always an extremely high potential for overfitting such a model. As a few folks who know me would know, I handle these sorts of calculations often. And I would say that incorporating multiple forecasting models as an ensemble is a more realistic approach to seasonality…

This is a unique concept, I could see this being a nice boon to group creation.

Putting Pingdom integration into the Orion platform would be awesome; it would at least be nice to save people the separate login where it becomes (my) pingdom - even if it were DPA style matt.pitcher
-
DanielleH when should the rest of us expect these?

some day, rschroeder . Some day

I don't think it's a situation where they have done simply "nothing", but I also understand that this is a pretty complicated request. With that said, I would agree that there is pretty sincere demand for this item and it pretty much is the biggest pain point of using Orion with the 600+ IT staff we have that I simply…

I'm as down with this being a part of perfstack as anywhere else I like your thinking on that one!
-
Having that on the maps would be amazing. You would probably be making a legitimately leading tool if that's able to happen jreves. It would be definitely a step towards how netpath works. "Netpath for voice" being a fun concept there instead of being strictly limited to the ipsla functions.

we just opened a FR for this desr :

Talking to kong.yang, Dez, stevenwhunt, patrick.hubbard, cobrien, tulsi DanielleH, wabbott and a bunch of other awesome SW folks during the chicago SWUG was enlightening (and entertaining). I think pretty much everyone I talked to represented all of the kinds of people who share the passion and interest in technology…

would certainly appreciate support of BladeCenters- HS22 (7870AC), Hx5 (7873AC1)/(7873A3U), x3550M4 (7914AC/1), as I have a bunch of those.

as usual, there's always one bs/gotcha question out there. That one messed me up, too

When are you going to list all the winners and prizes? Not that I have a vested interest or anything.

I think the Venn is spot on and hopefully reminds people of where they should ascribe to be. When it comes to the spammergate, I have two thoughts that make me pause. The first is that just because this database exists/RCM gets blacklisted doesn't mean they couldn't do it again via someone else. Also that if people aren't…

I've seen similar ideas happen, it's pretty much a sign of a bad c-level.
