Did you get anywhere with this? I have the same requirement. I can easily create a report that shows down and up events, but I then have to stick them in a spreadsheet and copy/paste to match the up event to the down event. Over 800 events means this is hurting my brain. I can find no way to generate a report that shows me…

This: is what I am looking for. Except in a report. I am hoping this is all I need, I have to wait a few days to make sure it is actually working correctly. I will let you know if this is the solution. Solarwinds should employ this guy ;-)
