I had this button not to long ago...But I do not see it as option anymore when I try to customize the menu bar. Is there a way to bring "reset password" button back to the available items when I customize the menu bar?

I haven't done anything at this point. But our engineering group change the DNS. Last friday. Everything works fine when logging in with the new URL, it's when I click on the reports tab shows and makes reference to the old link.

I'm not seeing it anymore after the the jobengine procedure was done.

It's the same server. Basically the URL changed. Just as an example prvieous http://server123 new= http://serverABC. So when I click on the reports tab it still shows http://server123/Reports. It needs to point to http://serverABC/Reports

This is what support had us do. They performed this when we were on SP3 then when we upgraded SP4.... the process started to increment again and they sent us this procedure to perform. I'm on NPM 9.5 SP4. I had this button and was trying to customize a menu bar. I guess I must have hit the "x" next to that particular button. Now it doesn't appear on the available items.

Actually I may have just figured it out. In the report writer there is field where i can "format string" and add another decimal place. 0.000. That may have solved it.

It looks like we experienced your issue. We were able to add controllers with no problems on NPM. But when we go to the web and click on the wireless tab, only a few of our controllers showed up. We upgraded to SP3 and that seemed to have resolved our issue, going to SP4 next week. You may want to try SP3 or SP4.
