Yes I side with Neil, we are having extremely slow performance serving up the login page but then it's not so bad. As well, after the login page is retreived it is not slow afterwards. I also upgraded to 10.2 and the log files have gone missing. I checked the location listed about and ProgramData directory does not exist. I looked through windows search and even included hidden files. Thanks

For clarification, after making the compatibility changes on SQL, it looks like the server needed a reboot. I then re-install netflow and upgraded to SP2 All works fine now.

Hi Goldberg, what was the final configuration. I have a custom poller created. I used raw with none Then on the advanced alert I stated that the customer poller "numeric has changed" Am I close? Thanks

another note of interest. I started the jobs residing in the microsoft scheduled tasks window and they showed up as "started" in the ncm web page.

It doesn't let me finish the install of netflow 3.1. It simply gives me the error and states 'click to finish' In essence it doesn't start the netflow process or show the installation of the engine. Should I try sp2 even though sp1 didn't finish?

Hi Chris, Everything was working just fine with NCM 5.0.0. The device templates have gone unchanged. Regarding the install, I didn't have any issues at all. Regarding my most anticipated feature, I don't understand why connectnow can't use existing database info? What's the point of having to use the discovery feature when you have been running the product for years? Why couldn't connectnow have been a part of NCM as that…
