  • I would also like the reporting to go completely to a web based reporting tool and get rid of crystal reports. I am also in favor of scheduling from the web reporter and the option of saving/emailing in pdf or html format.
  • I never had to do this (I do not have the files and folders you mentioned in your solution) - the uninstall reinstall after the database conversion fixed the issue except for my custom report which I had t recreate. All is running fine for me.

  • I also had this issue, we are monitoring over a hundred very busy servers and network devices combined and had 12GB memory allocated to our vm appliance.
