I am also getting the UserID is not valid error - yet, I can login to https://ciscoactiveadvisor.com or cco.cisco.com or any other Cisco.com website and have no issues. Yes, I do have valid contract(s). I also installed this on my desktop and server - none work.

This is a canned report/component in Orion. While the article you linked might help in some way, the best way to do this, I think, is to create a custom report. I am guessing, since you want to add ticket info, you have a way to automatically import this info from your ticket system, so a custom report would do the trick.

What is the device type you have configured? You might also want to look at upgrading to 3.10. I backup a few different models using the "Cisco.NXOS" device type.

I ended up having to open a support case. Apparently, reinstalling the application worked for about 12 hours, but shot up again. I am not sure if this helps, it would be based on how your network is setup for monitoring, but with Orion 10.x, we now have Group Dependancies. Basically, it will allow you to send one email for a "Parent" node, instead of 10-20 or however many for all devices behind the parent, since Orion wouldnt be able to see them.…

I dont seem to have any issues with removing those panels from the dashboard. If I remember right, there was a link on the "Whats new" that let you remove it, otherwise, you could use the "Personalize" option on the main page?
