Thats a great idea for the routers, I will definitely suggest that change as currently our router loopbacks are just set to the last couple addresses in the subnet. Thanks for the input! Also, that is mostly correct. it is finding 192.168.128.0 AND 192.268.128.101 but the .0 is the polling IP. So I am having to go into…

All of the routers have NAT on them for communication with one specific server, but that includes the backup routers that have the same settings and are scanning in okay. I will try removing the NAT command and rescanning one though. I would imagine the setup of the IPs are fine since the backup routers scan in okay with…

Currently with WuG we monitor both the WAN interface and the LAN interface, which are both associated with one node. Both of those monitors are tagged as "Critical" so if one goes down, the device will go into the "Down Device" list even though it is still reachable. That seems superior to me as if you see one go down but…

I tried making a group custom property with the branch ID as well but that variable didn't seem to work either. Even if there was a variable for group member hostnames I could reference, those all have the Branch ID I need as…

Thanks for the input, I appreciate you trying to replicate it. Yes they definitely need to get replaced, we are currently flying out to each of our branches and replacing their entire rack. With only 3 of us it takes a while! The other weird thing is, all the correct IPs are still there so its not like the .0 took the…

Thanks for the reply. It is doing this on CIsco 2801 routers and the issue is happening on one of the subinterfaces. On that subinterface, we just have an IP, a VRRP address and flow settings. I am using Network Discovery and just adding a /16 subnet with all the default scan settings. The weird thing is it's not happening…

I figured out a way around this. The ${Name} variable would not work in the User Links widget, but did work in the Custom HTML widget. Just added hyperlinks referencing the picture in the Custom HTML widget instead. Not sure why the User Links widget would interpret variables differently from the Custom HTML widget. In…
