  • Do you know what area codes your Office 365 are located at? Is there any relation to your incident to ours?
  • This isn't a security issue... It's also configurable just like Josh.D said, unset the "Allow user-defined contact information".
  • The configuration for the technician email notification is customised in the Email Options within the Setup. The customisation allows you to show information that should be included and which order it's displayed in.
